I have been playing with zerene stacker (http://zerenesystems.com/cms/stacker) few days. It is a focus stack program which lets you stack of images to one sharp photo. It works quite well with static subjects but moving object is harder to shoot. But here is one sample (unedited) which shows difference between stacked image and normal photo.
As you can see there is motion blur due the coral movement. So I have to try to get more light and shoot faster. I used 5d_Mk2 and magic lantern for getting focus stack without focusing rail.
And here is another example with static subject (single shot and another stacked of 32 images).
Another try with Helicon Focus (http://www.heliconsoft.com/heliconsoft-products/helicon-focus/) which seems to make little bit better stacking. I think I will stick with helicon on near future.
